However, note that legendary and some special Pokemon cannot be shiny-swapped. Trap Box

There is a 35% chance to win the Pokémon. Each time a Pokémon is released by someone from the Trap Box, the chance is lowered by 1% for everyone, capped at 5% minimum.

Battles have a chance to appear where you can fight for a hunters arrow. If you're lucky enough to get 10 of these then trainers can start a mini quest to obtain a Shiny Mewtwo alongside other Pokémon only obtained through the quest! (Repeatable)
