The best way to organise a trade is to talk to somebody on discord or on the rpg chatbox. Each player will have a trading cap which can be increased by attaining higher ranks and completing magma/aqua quests, which determines how high of a level a trainer can trade for. However, if one person has a cap of a level 3000, and another has a cap of level 10,000 then the two parties can trade a level betweem 3,001 and 10,000 to eachother, as long as the person with the lower cap creates the trade and the person with the higher trading cap completes it.

Trading is a good way to complete your pokedex, get pokemon you'd love in your roster, or just to get some new pokemon / Pokemon that were released before you started playing. Trades will not get reversed by staff, so trade safely.
