Normal

Normal Pokemon do not receive any additional stat changes due to their typing. Normal pokemon get their base stats only.

Normal Pokemon can be obtained through map catching or RPG rewards.

Shiny

Shiny Pokemon receive an additional +8% boost to all stats except for speed, which gains a +4% boost. So If a pokemon has 100 base Speed as a normal variant, it's shiny variant would have 104 base speed.

Shiny Pokemon can be obtained by the Shiny Exchange Center, PokéMerchant and some Challenges.

Snow

Snow Pokémon naturally have +17% HP, +12% Defense, and +12% Special Defense. They do however have 6% lower speed which makes snow Pokémon slow tanks.

Snow Pokemon can be obtained through weekly promos, on maps, or prizes for challenges.

Midnight

Midnight Pokemon have the most altered stats in terms of number of changes. Midnight Pokemon have +4% Speed and +20% Attack and Special attack, however, they also have -15% Defence and Special defence. This means if a normal variant has 100 for all of it's stats, a Midnight Variant would have 104 speed, 120 Attack and Sp.Attack, but 85 Defence and Sp.Defence.

Midnight Pokemon can be found in trap boxes and special RPG events

Golden

Golden variants receive the biggest boosts to stats. Golden variants receive +16% boost to all stats, except for speed, which gains a +8% boost.

Golden Pokemon can be obtained through certain challenges, special RPG events or through Goldenising in game by using the Midas lab. See; Midas Lab, for a list of pokemon that have been / or can be goldenised, and how you can obtain them.

Dyna

Dyna pokemon receive no base additional stats, until you apply them using Dyna candy. Dyna Candy can be obtained by doing daily dyna battles, or donating a dyna pokemon through the donation center. Dyna pokemon are the only type that can be Gigantamaxed, using a gigaband.
